At the At Home Health Aide Training Institute, we provide comprehensive courses and resources to support our students’ growth within the healthcare field. Our expert instructors offer personalized instruction and mentorship to ensure that each student receives the attention and guidance they need to succeed. Personal Care Assistance

40-Hour Course

Personal Care Assistants work in a home care environment and dedicate themselves to assisting individuals with daily activities.

Morning Schedule:

Monday – Friday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Week 1 (25 Hours)

5 Hours Daily (including 1 Hour Lunch Break)

Week 2 (15 Hours)

5 Hours Daily (including 1 Hour Lunch Break)

 

Evening Schedule:

Monday – Friday 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Week 1 (20 Hours)

4 Hours Daily

Week 2 (20 Hours)

4 Hours Daily

 

Weekend Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Week 1 (15 Hours)

7.5 Hours Daily (including 1/2 Hour Lunch Break)

Week 2 (15 Hours)

7.5 Hours Daily (including 1/2 Hour Lunch Break)

Home Health Aide (HHA)

83-Hour Course

The home health aide’s role typically involves assisting patients with activities of daily living, basic tasks that include bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, and moving. 

Morning Schedule:

Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

5 Hours Daily (including 1/2 Hour Lunch)

25 Hours Per Week

3 Weeks

 

Evening Schedule:

Monday – Friday 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Week 3 (20 Hours)

Week 4 (15 Hours)

Coordinator Courses

50-Hour Course

Individuals with be planning, coordinating, and scheduling for home care agencies. Our program is 25 hours in the classroom, and 25 hours at the agency.

Morning Schedule:

Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

 

Evening Schedule:

Monday – Friday 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

 

Weekend Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Infection Control

Covid 19 Training

Infection Control Nurses work to identify, prevent and control diseases before they can occur or spread. Due to the current situation with COVID-19, Students are taught how to robe and disrobe patients for Safety.

Morning Schedule:

Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Evening Schedule:

Monday – Friday 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Weekend Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

125-Hour Course

Certified Nursing Assistant role will work in a hospital or a nursing home.

We also offer PCA training in infection control and job placements for graduates! 

Evening Schedule:

Monday – Friday 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM

5 Hours Daily (including 1/2 Hour Lunch)

25 Hours Per Week

4 Weeks

Weekend Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday  9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

7.5 Hours Daily (including 1/2 Hour Lunch Break)

15 Hours Per Week

7 Weeks (Week 7 – Saturday only)
